The “Wonderloft” has been published in leading Italian and International publications.Every year the Gili studio receives visits from design and faculty of architecture's students to visit the space.

The interest is linked to the value of artistic character in architectural and interior design.

THE ENGINEERING USE OF COLOR IN INTERIORS

It is a place where colour plays a leading role in the definition of the environment. The Wonderloft has been conceived as a three-dimensional painting, in which it is possible to “enter” in a quantum sense and visit within the various environments, of any size from the micro to the macro. Environments are generated by storytelling with the various chromatic effects that have a power of poly-sensory stimulation on our lives.

The painting becomes a main structure and incorporates the concept of home furnishings because it is itself a furnishing.

The “engineered” use of colour indicates space can be designed with the colour as the leading element for interior furnishing.

Anna says:”I consider the use of colour as a structural composition of a space, beyond the ghestaltic and emotional vision…” It is a visionary and imaginative project that transforms the interior design into an artistic project.

It is my vision that:”The interior designer plays a fascinating role it is both complex and delicate. The interior designer must reconcile and unite the design culture of the space: existing or pre-existent architectural structure, considering the tradition and the “experience” of the place, the style etc, with the functional and aesthetic needs of the one who will live for the first time the same place.”
