General Conditions
Users can choose between the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer;
Cash on delivery via post or DHL (only if delivered in Italy);
Prices do not include VAT.
The total price is calculated including goods, delivery expenses, VAT and custom’s duties if applicable.
The goods will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 days.
Returns
On this website (www.annagili.com/shop) the return policy is regulated by the dlgs 185/99 (concerning the consumer protection in remote contracts).
The right of returning goods can be exercised only by natural persons (Utenti Consumer), within 10 working days from delivery and only if merchandise is integral, not used and in the original packaging.
